Minute Man Arc is committed to enhancing the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities of all ages. We strive to enhance their inclusion in the community, to maximize personal choice and decision making and to support them in reaching their full potential in all areas of their lives.

The goal of all programs and services is to understand and support the interests and ambitions of each individual served as well as each family's vision for their child or adult family member. Programs focus on integrating service delivery into homes, organizations, places of employment and local communities.

Since 1958, the Agency has grown into a full service provider offering programs and services to children and adults as well as their families. During fiscal year 2009, more than 1,000 individuals of all ages as well as their families received services from one or more of the agency's programs.
