Jean grew up in the Midwest, graduated from the Ohio State University, and earned a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health from Northern Illinois University. After working in the mental health field as a therapist and administrator, she received a mid- career leadership fellowship from the Bush Foundation and moved to New Haven, CT to attend the School of Management at Yale University. She graduated with an MBA and moved to Boston where she has worked since in management of programs for persons with disabilities. Before joining Minute Man Arc as Executive Director, Jean worked for Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, Triangle, and as Executive Director at PRIDE in Taunton, MA. In February 2013 she became Executive Director of Minute Man Arc. Jean lives in Concord, MA where she enjoys the great outdoor spaces with her two golden retrievers.
