RESIDENTIAL SERVICES offers a broad array of living options and supports. Living situations are determined by each individual's personal preference and the level of support that is needed. Our services include: community residences, individual support, Adult Family Care, Shared Living and residential recreation.

Our individuals, their families and caregivers come to us to realize their dreams for full, healthy and happy lives in their homes and communities. This is what drives our program.

Residential Services offers an environment in which individuals and families are assisted in reaching their full potential. The involvement of families and caregivers - through information sharing, goal setting and ongoing communication - is an integral part of our program.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES programming is carefully designed to meet the needs of participating individuals and their families. We provide:

• Community Residences that support individuals to make choices, learn and grow in warm, inclusive settings the provide personal well-being, health, community participation and friendship building.
• Individual Support serving individuals who have mastered many independent living skills but still need enhanced supports; and those who can live completely independently with a level of case management support based on individual needs.
• Adult Family Care that supports families and caregivers to keep their loved ones at home and out of residential institutions. This program serves a wide range of qualifying participants.
• Shared Living that supports individuals who want to become part of a family and a community by matching them with a shared living provider.
