Individuals work in the community as members of small job crews or in individual competitive employment.

Referral Process Turning 22: Older teens should begin transition planning by age 18 or younger. Some school systems will fund us for school-to-work experiences prior to their 22nd birthday. EMPLOYMENT SERVICES helps individuals with developmental disabilities acquire the vocational, social and personal skills necessary to find employment options in the local economy. We work with local businesses to find and create jobs for qualified workers and offer job coaching to workers and employers to ensure successful placements.
