| This is a 40-hour a week non-exempt position providing maintenance support to the operations department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance for the Carter Center, Baker Avenue and all Residential Settings. Providing access to outside vendors as directed Preparation for inspections Grounds keeping for Carter Center, Baker Avenue and all Residential Settings as directed. Keeping equipment, supplies and tools in good working order, for example washer/dryer repairs, dishwasher repairs, light fixtures and more. Cleaning such as but not limited to mopping, removing garbage, buffing floors, windows and other as directed. Set up & break down of offices and spaces as directed. Office moves, residential moves or furniture/equipment moves as needed. Snow Removal as needed at Carter Center, Baker Avenue and all Residential Settings as directed. Snow removal during business hours and at times earlier as needed. Other tasks and duties as assigned and as they arise in the course of business.
QUALIFICATIONS Three years of maintenance experience required. Excellent communication & customer service skills. Strong organizations skills and detail oriented. Mechanical Aptitude. Knowledge of local and state building codes and OSHA regulations.
EDUCATION High school diploma or GED preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience as well.
